The Deputy Governor of Vientiane, Mr. Phouvong Vongkhamsao, reported that this year's festival and trade fair includes 1,463 stalls at the Market Square and 142 additional stalls at the Lao-ITECC Center, predominantly showcasing Lao-made products. These offerings include agricultural goods, traditional crafts, and industrial products from factories across the country, representing large, medium, and small-scale enterprises.

Foreign guests and local visitors were invited to engage in the event, which also welcomed participants from Yunnan Province, China, and Nong Khai Province, Thailand. As part of the celebration, visitors can explore a Lao-style house, a selection of traditional foods, and cultural performances, including displays of dance and theater from the Central Art Corps, Army Art Corps, and local artists.
