KPL The Organizing Committee of the 12th National Games has officially adopted the design, logo, mascot, and motto for the upcoming “Vientiane Games 2025.” The committee announced that the lucky animal, the peacock, will serve as the symbol of the event.

(KPL) The Organizing Committee of the 12th National Games has officially adopted the design, logo, mascot, and motto for the upcoming “Vientiane Games 2025.” The committee announced that the lucky animal, the peacock, will serve as the symbol of the event.

The logo of the 12th National Games combines national and local elements to highlight the identity of the host city. These include depictions of That Luang Vientiane, the Nam Ngum River, as well as lettering that reflects both the edition of the Games and the host’s name.

The peacock, selected as the mascot, represents prosperity and victory. It symbolizes the athletic spirit, excellence, unity, and hope of athletes, while also reflecting pride in Lao culture and traditions. As the emblem of the 12th National Games, the peacock embodies the competitive spirit of Laos and the role of Vientiane in proudly hosting the event in 2025
